These services are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, or crisis care. I am not a psychiatrist or medical doctor and I do not prescribe medication.
Contigo is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency number, local crisis line, physician, psychiatrist, or nearest emergency service.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you use this website, submit an enquiry, book a session, or begin working with Contigo.
2. What data we collect
We collect only the personal data necessary to respond to enquiries, manage bookings, provide services, process payments, and meet legal or professional obligations. This may include:
- Your name and email address
- Your age, to confirm that you are 18 or above
- Your phone number or WhatsApp contact if you choose to contact us that way
- The service you are interested in and your preferred language
- Information you choose to share in the contact form or during communication
- Booking details, session scheduling details, payment confirmations, invoices, and administrative correspondence
- Therapeutic or clinical information only if a professional relationship begins and only as necessary for the service, professional documentation, safety, and legal obligations
Please avoid sending urgent crisis information, highly sensitive clinical details, or emergency requests through the website contact form. The contact form is not an emergency channel.
3. How we use your data
We use your personal data only for the following purposes:
- Responding to your enquiry
- Arranging first conversations or sessions
- Managing bookings, scheduling, payment, invoices, and administrative communication
- Providing online psychological support, psychotherapy, mentoring, or coaching where legally permitted
- Maintaining professional records where required
- Complying with legal, safety, or professional obligations
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, automated decision-making, or commercial sale to third parties.
4. Legal basis for processing
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process personal data based on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Consent, for example when you submit the contact form or choose to contact us
- Contractual necessity, when processing is necessary to arrange or provide services
- Legal obligation, when processing is required by applicable law, tax, accounting, safety, or professional obligations
- Legitimate interests, such as secure administration, communication, and protection of the service
- Where special category data, including health-related or therapeutic information, is processed, this is done only when necessary for the provision of professional services, explicit consent, safety, legal claims, or other applicable GDPR grounds.
5. Confidentiality and therapeutic data
Confidentiality is central to the work I do with you. Information shared in sessions is treated as confidential. However, confidentiality has limits, including serious risk of harm to yourself or others, protection of life and safety, legal obligations, or a court/judge order. The exact legal framework depends on the client’s location and the applicable professional and legal context.
Therapeutic records, if created, are stored securely and are not shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where legally or ethically required. Record retention periods may vary depending on the applicable jurisdiction and will be clarified in the therapeutic agreement.
6. Third-party tools
We use selected third-party tools to operate the website and services:
- Formspree processes contact form submissions.
- Cal.com may be used to manage bookings and appointment scheduling.
- Google Fonts loads typefaces used on the website.
- Google Meet and Zoom may be used for online sessions.
- PayPal, Wise, Revolut, and bank transfer providers may process payment-related data when you use those payment methods.
Each third-party provider processes data according to its own privacy policy and security practices. We choose tools that are appropriate for the service and use them only as needed.
7. Cookies and tracking
This website uses only essential cookies or local storage features needed for basic site functionality, such as remembering your cookie preference or language preference. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising cookies, profiling tools, or behavioural tracking.
If you decline cookies, the site should remain usable, but some preferences may not be remembered between visits.
8. Data retention
Enquiry data is retained only as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on your contact. If no professional relationship begins, enquiry data is normally deleted within 12 months of the last contact, unless legal reasons require a longer retention period.
Invoices, payment records, tax-relevant documents, and professional records may be retained for the periods required by applicable law or professional obligations.
9. International transfers
Some third-party tools may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or equivalent protection mechanisms where required by GDPR.
10. Your rights
Where GDPR applies, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access
- Right to rectification
- Right to erasure, where legally permissible
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to data portability
- Right to object to processing
- Right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing
To exercise your rights, contact us by email. We aim to respond within 30 days.
11. Supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Since the provider is based in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, the relevant authority may be the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg (LfDI BW). You may also contact the authority responsible for your place of residence.
12. Adults only
Contigo’s services are intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors through this website. If you believe a minor has submitted data, please contact us.
