Seven mornings · A returning
Return to Ground
A small daily practice of breath, body, earth and light: for the seasons that ask much of you, and for the simple, sacred act of coming back into your own presence.
You were never separate from the ground beneath you, or from the living world that breathes alongside you. But life moves fast, and there are stretches where the noise grows loud enough that we can no longer hear ourselves inside it. This is not a sign that something is wrong with you. It is the most human thing there is. And there has always been a way back.
For seven mornings, this is that way back. Each day offers something to read, a short practice for the breath and the body, one question to carry like a stone in your pocket, and an invitation to step out and touch the living world. Each morning also comes with a page you can download, print, and write on. Nothing here asks you to become someone else. It only helps you remember the one you already are, underneath it all, and the quiet light in you that has never once gone out.
"Life has always been moving toward us. We simply begin to move with it."
