Confidentiality & its limits

Confidentiality is central, with limited legal exceptions agreed in writing beforehand.

Consent & the first session

Before we begin, we talk through confidentiality, how sessions work, and consent, together and without bureaucracy.

Privacy

Initial contact is used only to respond and arrange next steps; a full privacy notice is provided before the first session.
